Maple Sugar Fika Spice includes natural maple sugar for a touch of sweetness, making it perfect for those who prefer a sweeter flavor in their coffee or baking. Our maple sugar comes from Northern Wisconsin, we too are proud maple farmers  

Q: How much Fika Spice should I use in coffee? A: Start with 1/4 teaspoon per cup of coffee and adjust to your taste preference. You can add it directly to your coffee grounds before brewing or sprinkle it on top of your finished coffee. I add Fika spice in he bottom of my cup and my wife she sprinkles the top.
